The Parker Ranch Homeowners Association is run by its Board of Directors. The Board's primary responsibility is maintaining the common areas open to all residents and enforcement of the CC&Rs. Directors are directly elected by the homeowners at the annual meeting for staggered two-year terms. The Association and its board are governed by its bylaws. The Architectural Control Committee is responsible for preserving the semi-rural character of the neighborhood. Per the CC&Rs, homeowners must acquire ACC approval prior to beginning any construction or exterior renovations. See the ACC policy for more details.

The Nominating Committee is responsible for nominating new members to the Board of Directors and/or any committees as deemed necessary by the Board.

The Social Committee organizes social gatherings for the entire neighborhood. The most common example of these is the annual Homeowners Picnic.

The IT Committee maintains the Association's website, mailing lists, and security cameras.
