• HOA Dues:  Homeowners Dues of $1,620 per year, are due January 31 of each year.  There is a late payment penalty of 10% ($162) if the dues are not received by February 15.  The HOA dues notices were mailed to all homeowners on December 23, 2019.  Management Cost Controls (MCC), is the company that manages collections and accounting on behalf of the HOA.  If you have not received the dues notice, please contact Pedro Rodriguez or Linda Lopez from Management Cost Controls at (408) 848-5953; or the Parker Ranch HOA board.

• New Owners: If you are a new owner, please contact the Parker Ranch HOA board with your contact information, including email address(es), property address, mailing address (if different), and telephone number.  We will also add your email address(es) to the residents email list so you are informed about the HOA business and activities.
